- One can only Develop Area when it has maximum amount of buildings.
- Developed area stays developed even if transferred to other player.
- Developing area with clan that has cheaper development cost to ally who has cheaper building costs may save tons of resources for Camp Sharing.
- Practically same mechanic is shared by
Lyngbakr clan Wyrd ability Shallow Waters, except it can be casted before reaching maximum buildings number.
